Job Description
Our hotel in Ajah, Lagos State, is urgently seeking a smart-looking and dynamic Hotel Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the face of our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and pleasant stay.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. The role operates on a 2 days on, 2 days off schedule, and accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A smart, professional, and friendly appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.
- Availability to work a rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off).
