Atlantic Palms Suites is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries and reservations, and coordinating with various hotel departments to meet guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to guests professionally
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle calls, inquiries, and reservations
  • Maintain accurate guest records and bookings
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Resolve guest complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND (Hospitality or related field is an advantage)
  • 1–2 years experience in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems is an added advantage
