Job Description
Fadac Resources is seeking a professional Receptionist to manage the front desk operations in Lagos.
This role is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors.
You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment.
A Bachelor's degree or HND is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role. Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or professional services sector is an advantage.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment with high-volume visitor and telephone traffic is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.
- A degree in Office Technology Management, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in front office management, customer service, or secretarial studies are an added advantage.
