We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for a busy personal injury law firm in Clifton, New Jersey.
In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the firm, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all clients and visitors. Your ability to manage a dynamic front desk environment with confidence and professionalism will be key to your success.
Your responsibilities will include expertly managing a high-volume, multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately, and greeting guests warmly. You will also maintain an organized and inviting reception area and provide essential administrative support, such as scanning, filing, and handling mail.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system with efficiency and accuracy
- Direct calls to the appropriate team members promptly
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional presence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Provide administrative support including scanning, filing, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience handling a multi-line phone system
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, polished phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with Filevine is a plus
- Bilingual ability required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
