Job Description
HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee all on-site construction activities. This pivotal role ensures projects are executed safely, punctually, within the defined scope, and according to budget.
You will be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory and quality standards. This is an opportunity to contribute to significant development projects within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations on site
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved efficiently
- Monitor construction progress and prepare regular status reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Review project drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Maintain quality standards in all phases of construction execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably on large-scale projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in managing contractors and complex project timelines
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is preferred
