Job Description

NMDC Group is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our significant ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all construction activities for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Manage contractor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring performance and contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong background in piling works.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software, and relevant regulations.
