Job Description

NMDC Group is urgently seeking qualified Piling Professionals for our ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi, with an immediate opening for a Superintendent – Piling.

This role is critical for overseeing and managing all aspects of piling operations on our construction sites.

We are looking for experienced leaders to ensure the successful and safe execution of foundation work.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all piling operations on construction sites.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Manage and direct site personnel, including foremen and laborers.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in piling works and foundation construction.
Proven track record as a Superintendent or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of different piling techniques and equipment.
Excellent understanding of construction site safety and quality control.
Ability to lead and motivate a construction team effectively.
