Job Description
Gs Appliance Ltd is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Appliance Repair Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for experienced engineers for a multi-role position; this is not a trainee role. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-brand domestic appliance repairs.
This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of household appliances to ensure customer satisfaction and product longevity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in appliance repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dishwashers.
- Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on appliances to prevent future breakdowns.
- Provide timely and professional customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
- Document all service and repair activities accurately for company records and customer reference.
- Stay updated with the latest appliance technologies, repair techniques, and industry standards.
- Manage parts inventory and order replacements as needed to ensure efficient repair workflows.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during repair and service operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in household appliances.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.
