Job Description
Shipa Delivery, a rapidly expanding digital last-mile logistics provider operating across the UAE, KSA, and Kuwait under the Agility Logistics umbrella, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for the complete financial cycle of the business, requiring comfort with both strategic planning and daily operations.
You will be the financial backbone of the organization, serving as the key interface between business units and senior management. Responsibilities include end-to-end monthly closing, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and day-to-day AP/AR management across all three entities. Fluency in AI tools for finance is considered a significant advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, proficiency in finance systems, data analytics, and AI-powered tools, with a proven ability to drive profitability, efficiency, and business growth. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end monthly closing across all three entities (UAE, KSA, Kuwait)
- Prepare MIS reports for senior management and shareholders' office
- Generate quarterly and annual financial statements (IFRS/applicable standards)
- Conduct ad hoc project-specific financial analyses
- Oversee high-volume AP/AR and credit control
- Perform multi-entity bank and intercompany reconciliations
- Monitor receivables and resolve billing disputes
- Drive continuous improvement in AP/AR workflows
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Monitor cash flow and manage proactive funding
- Coordinate banking relationships and capital allocation
- Conduct cost analysis and profitability reviews
- Coordinate annual statutory audit with external auditors
- Ensure UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filing; manage KSA & Kuwait compliance
- Lead and develop a decentralized finance team across 3 markets
- Drive automation and AI-powered tooling across finance workflows
Qualifications
- CA / ACA / ACCA / CPA or Master's in Finance/Accounting
- 8–12 years of progressive finance experience
- Minimum 3 years in a management role
- Full-cycle hands-on experience: reporting, AP/AR, budgeting, audit, tax
- Prior logistics, freight, or transaction-intensive industry experience is a strong plus
- Familiarity with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and multi-jurisdictional GCC compliance
