Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Contracts & Validation Manager to join our legal and compliance team in Dubai. This critical role involves overseeing the entire contract lifecycle and ensuring rigorous validation of all legal agreements.

You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, ensuring full compliance with local and international legal frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in contract law, exceptional analytical skills, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.

Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing expert advice to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager or Legal Counsel, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
Deep understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and regulatory compliance in the UAE.
Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and manage legal risks effectively.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
A bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's or legal qualification is a plus.
