Müller's Solutions is seeking a senior, hands-on Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation for a prominent trading group in Saudi Arabia.
In this high-visibility role within our Middle East practice, you will assume full ownership of a multi-legal-entity Finance and Supply Chain transformation. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from Fit-to-Standard workshops through go-live and hypercare, operating at the nexus of client leadership and a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the sole point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of the S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition program using SAP ACTIVATE methodology, from Prepare through Run.
- Manage a delivery team spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, Data Migration, and Training, coordinating onsite and offshore workstreams.
- Oversee the project plan, RAID log, budget tracking, and resourcing decisions across all phases.
- Provide executive-level reporting and facilitate steering committee meetings with client leadership across 4 legal entities.
- Govern scope and manage change requests to protect project quality and commercial margin.
- Oversee cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare, ensuring successful system implementation for the client.
- Coordinate ZATCA Phase 2 compliance milestones with the Finance workstream lead.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP project management experience, with full lifecycle accountability.
- A minimum of 3 completed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition go-lives as lead Project Manager.
- SAP ACTIVATE methodology certification.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-legal-entity SAP deployments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Confident, polished stakeholder management with C-level and finance leadership in Arabic-speaking business environments.
- A track record of holding scope, budget, and timeline discipline on fixed-price or milestone-based engagements.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
- Prior experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing client environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and BTP-based integration landscapes (preferred).
