Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and blockers to team progress.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in the telecommunications domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate and coach effectively.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
