We are actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Emergency Department (ER) to join our growing healthcare team in Dubai and the Northern Emirates Region.
As an ER Registered Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient care, responsible for rapid assessment, triage, and providing immediate, life-saving interventions for emergency cases. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patients in the Emergency Department based on acuity and medical need.
- Provide immediate and life-saving interventions for emergency cases.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with minor procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals during critical situations.
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Emergency Room (ER) or Emergency Department setting.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Proficiency in rapid assessment, critical thinking, and crisis management.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
