Job Description
We are actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join our growing healthcare team in Dubai and the Northern Emirates Region.
As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide critical, life-sustaining care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions. Your responsibilities will include advanced patient monitoring, medication administration, and managing complex medical equipment, all while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage life support equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
