Job Description

Sentec is seeking a dedicated Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) to join their innovative team. This role is pivotal in providing essential clinical education and support to both internal teams and external clients, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth through exceptional customer service and training.

As a CAS, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training and education on Sentec's products to new and existing users. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to support sales training initiatives and development. The position involves conducting on-site and virtual education sessions, delivering presentations, and representing the company at industry events.

This is a remote position, ideally based in the greater Phoenix, AZ or San Diego, CA area, requiring approximately 60% overnight travel. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal use of the technology, providing hands-on training and troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for product usage in key market segments to support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training.
  • Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of the technology to care providers.
  • Participate in product evaluations and installations.
  • Assess needs and provide comprehensive education and hands-on training on products, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Drive optimal bedside use of technology in new and existing accounts through education and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Current RRT license is required.
  • Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
  • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain any/all required vaccinations for vendor credentialing.
