Job Description

Suki is seeking a motivated Account Executive with a specialization in Dictation Solutions to join our remote team in the US. This role is critical in demonstrating the value of our AI voice technology to healthcare systems, focusing on seamless integration with EMRs like Epic and Meditech.

You will be responsible for conducting compelling "Day in the Life" demonstrations that mirror real-world clinical workflows, showcasing how our tool enhances documentation accuracy and reduces provider burnout. You will also address technical concerns from hospital IT teams regarding virtualization and hardware strategies.

This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare IT, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to drive strategic account growth through pilot and POC execution. You will collaborate closely with our commercial and product teams to ensure successful adoption and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations mirroring real-world clinical workflows within Epic (Hyperspace) and Meditech (Expanse).
  • Address technical concerns from Hospital IT teams regarding audio redirection and latency in virtualized environments.
  • Advise clients on optimal hardware strategies for seamless control of EMR templates and navigation commands.
  • Lead clinical pilots in specific departments to ensure software performance during trial phases.
  • Collaborate with the India product counterpart to strategize on market and product feedback.
  • Assist existing clients in legacy transitions, such as migrating from on-premise servers to cloud-based recognition.
  • Prospect complex Healthcare IT SaaS solutions to Healthcare Executives or Platform API-based solutions to Product Executives.
  • Meet and exceed quota and OKRs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership (CMIOs, CIOs, Clinical Directors).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with Healthcare IT, Medical Informatics, or Clinical Sales.
  • Understanding of integration profiles and how dictation overlays interact with browser-based (Meditech Expanse) vs. client-based (Epic) applications.
  • Proficiency in Gong Engage, SalesForce, Zoom Info, SalesNav, and G-Suite. Proficiency in Outreach.io or SalesLoft if Gong Engage is not used.
  • 3+ years prospecting complex Healthcare IT SaaS to Healthcare Executives or Platform API-based solutions to Product Executives.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quota and OKRs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Coachability, humility, and a results-driven mindset.

  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills.
