Job Description
Aldelia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to oversee the strategic direction, merchandising, and sales performance for the esteemed Swarovski and Montblanc brands. This critical role is designed to significantly enhance brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and drive substantial revenue growth across both retail and corporate channels.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, conducting in-depth market research, and overseeing merchandising to maximize sales. You will also plan and implement impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a superior customer experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and product launches. Performance will be tracked through key brand KPIs, with a focus on sales growth, market share, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning.
- Oversee merchandising strategies, visual displays, and product assortment to maximize sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across retail, digital, and corporate channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
- Liaise with sales, operations, and retail teams for effective execution of brand initiatives.
- Track and report on brand KPIs, including sales growth and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in brand management, category management, or marketing.
- Experience in FMCG, luxury retail, or premium consumer products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, sales performance, and marketing analytics.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands or product lines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
