Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and energetic Service Administrator to join our expanding team at Level Electrical & Data Goulburn.

This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is crucial for maintaining our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving business progress.

Your responsibilities will encompass supporting job administration, managing schedules, processing invoices, handling documentation, facilitating customer communication, and overseeing general office coordination. We are looking for an individual who is confident, takes ownership of tasks, enjoys problem-solving, embraces new technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage jobs in Simpro
  • Schedule and coordinate technician workloads
  • Issue invoices once jobs are marked invoice-ready
  • Manage documentation, job records, and supporting information
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and suppliers
  • Support office coordination and day-to-day administration
  • Assist with workflow management to ensure jobs progress efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and follow tasks through to completion
  • Support the wider team with general business administration
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and workflows
  • Assist with implementing and monitoring process improvements across the business
