We are seeking a passionate Product Guide to bring the Arc'teryx brand to life at our Chadstone Alpha store. This role is crucial for fostering deep connections with our guests, providing expert product education, and ensuring an exceptional retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong connections with guests through comprehensive product education and efficient purchase processing.
  • Provide support for guest inquiries regarding warranties and damaged goods.
  • Assist with in-store events, conduct inventory counts, and ensure timely product replenishment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment.

  • Collaborate effectively and positively with team members and leadership.
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to guests by embodying the brand's culture and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of two (2) years of proven retail sales experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Showcase outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a clear understanding of personal impact.
