Job Description

Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving market penetration and expanding our client base for Rentokil Boecker® services and products. This involves engaging in highly dynamic prospecting, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering compelling presentations.

You will play a crucial part in the entire sales cycle, from crafting persuasive proposals and pricing strategies to negotiating contracts and leveraging efficient marketing tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies developed by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through proactive market prospecting.
  • Deliver professional and effective sales presentations to prospects, demonstrating the benefits of Rentokil Boecker® services.
  • Conduct premise surveys to estimate technical requirements and determine appropriate pricing when necessary.
  • Develop creative ideas and offers for target clients, utilizing all essential marketing tools.
  • Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance relationships through pre-planned courtesy calls and visits.
  • Respond promptly to client needs and follow up with all concerned parties regarding their requests.
  • Educate clients on processes that maximize the value derived from Rentokil Boecker® services.
  • Prepare detailed offers, follow up until contracts are secured, and manage after-sales follow-up.
  • Handle the renewal of contracts, where applicable.
  • Communicate new sales and renewals effectively to the Operations Department.
  • Accurately and timely manage client data within Rentokil Boecker® systems.
  • Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically in B2B selling within relevant markets.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in reporting and monitoring, coupled with remarkable attention to detail.
  • Proven effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
