Job Description

InstantEase is actively seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Associate to join our expanding team in Lagos, Nigeria. This pivotal role involves driving business growth by identifying, sourcing, and successfully onboarding new vendors and logistics partners.

You will be instrumental in cultivating strong, lasting relationships with partners, effectively communicating InstantEase’s unique value proposition, and guiding them through a seamless onboarding process. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly onboarding and sales targets, while also acting as a professional brand ambassador and providing crucial market feedback to inform strategic decisions.
