We are actively seeking a personable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be an expert in freshness, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional in-bakery experience. No prior experience is required; we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Your daily activities will involve working collaboratively within a small team to deliver outstanding customer service, building relationships with our loyal clientele. You will be responsible for dynamic product merchandising and the execution of marketing campaigns to highlight our delightful baked goods. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining the bakery's cleanliness and assist with production tasks, gaining valuable baking skills.

We are looking for individuals who take immense pride in providing a great and personable experience for every customer. A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, reliability, and self-motivation are key attributes for success in this role. You should be a team player who is approachable and enjoys working with others. While not essential, relevant retail experience and familiarity with handling cash, credit, and debit transactions are considered strong assets.

The role requires continuous standing and walking, constant use of both hands, and frequent lifting and carrying of up to 7.5 kg. Occasional lifting of up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level may also be necessary.
