Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth and market leadership within the assigned banking segment.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for portfolio management and service enhancement.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve organizational objectives.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Nigerian banking ecosystem, customer needs, and regulatory frameworks.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities within commercial, VAS, community, HNI, SME, and business banking landscapes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in senior banking roles.
Demonstrated success in business growth, portfolio management, and team leadership.
In-depth knowledge of Nigeria's banking ecosystem, customer segments, and regulatory environment.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial & VAS ecosystems, Community/cooperative/group-based banking, HNI/Private Banking and wealth management, Commercial/SME/Business Banking.
