Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic vision and execution for the business banking segment.
Drive growth and expand the client base among commercial clients, SMEs, and businesses.
Oversee portfolio management and ensure financial performance and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies relevant to business banking.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in senior banking roles.
Proven track record in business growth, portfolio management, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of Nigeria’s banking ecosystem and regulatory environment.
Demonstrated experience in commercial, SME, and business banking.
