Job Description

We are seeking highly experienced and strategic banking leaders to join a prominent financial institution. This role is crucial for leading and expanding our High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) banking segment.

As the Group Head of HNI Banking, you will be responsible for crafting and executing sophisticated strategies to attract, retain, and grow the wealth of our HNI clients, ensuring exceptional service and tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow the HNI client base and assets under management.
Provide bespoke wealth management and private banking solutions to HNI clients.
Lead and mentor a team of private banking professionals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of client service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their advisors.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in senior banking roles.
Proven track record in business growth, portfolio management, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of Nigeria’s banking ecosystem and regulatory environment.
Extensive experience in HNI/Private Banking and wealth management.
