Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing all sales transactions, managing daily orders, and ensuring financial records are complete and up-to-date. You will be the primary point of contact for sales transactions, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
Ideal candidates will possess strong numerical and calculation skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Integrity and the ability to handle confidential information are essential. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with ERP systems and Google Sheets, is required. A willingness to work rotational shifts and a disciplined, accountable attitude are also important.

Key Responsibilities
- Write and print accurate customer invoices.
- Process all sales transactions strictly using the company ERP system.
- Enter all daily sales transactions into the official Google Sheet.
- Maintain and manage Daily Orders.
- Serve as the only unit authorized to access Daily Orders.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and submitted daily.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sales and financial information.
- Work strictly according to assigned shift schedules.
- Comply with the company rule of no permanent shift for any staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate of Education).
- Strong numerical and calculation skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Basic computer proficiency: ERP systems, Google Sheets, and email.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
- Previous experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial record-keeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.
- High level of honesty, discipline, and accountability.
- Ability to strictly follow company policies and procedures.
