Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CSP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance management.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, data privacy).
- Strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with compliance management software.
