Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient FTTH Home Connection Field Compliance Officer to join our Service Fulfilment team. This role is essential for upholding the quality and integrity of our fiber broadband installations at customer premises.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough field audits, ensuring all installations meet our stringent technical specifications, safety standards, and customer satisfaction benchmarks. You will act as the critical quality gatekeeper, bridging the gap between our company, field vendors, and end-users.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring reliable and safe service delivery, minimizing post-installation issues, and enhancing our service reputation. You will also play a vital role in supervising vendor activities, providing technical guidance, and resolving complex installation challenges to guarantee a seamless customer experience from day one.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and random audits at customer premises to validate installation quality and adherence to technical standards.
- Ensure all fiber connections, device configurations, and materials used are consistent with Company's specifications and safety regulations.
- Identify and document deviations from SOPs, enforcing corrective actions.
- Serve as the final checkpoint for installation readiness before customer handover.
- Monitor and guide the activities of vendors conducting FTTH installations.
- Verify that technicians are fully equipped, well-trained, and adhering to job instructions and safety protocols.
- Serve as the field supervisor for daily activities, especially in high-volume or sensitive customer areas.
- Escalate recurring vendor issues and suggest retraining needs.
- Provide real-time technical support in the field, particularly in complex installations or escalated cases.
- Liaise with the Activation team to resolve Client Service activation issues immediately.
- Validate final service activation and customer connectivity before sign-off.
- Submit daily and weekly reports highlighting vendor performance, compliance levels, rework statistics, and overall field trends.
- Contribute data to the Fulfilment Dashboard to track project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Share insights and recurring issues with the Service Fulfilment Manager to support process refinement and vendor training updates.
- Recommend updates to job checklists, SOPs, or material standards based on field observations.
- Participate in internal reviews and contribute to enhancing the FTTH service fulfilment process across all zones.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar quality assurance role, preferably in the telecommunications or field service industry.
- Strong understanding of fiber broadband (FTTH) installation processes, technical standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to conduct thorough field audits and identify deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Experience in supervising and guiding field vendors or technical teams.
- Proficiency in technical issue escalation and resolution.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
