Job Description
Join The Bison Restaurant + Terrace, a distinguished establishment recognized among Canada's top fine dining experiences, as a Prep Cook. We are dedicated to showcasing regional, seasonal Canadian cuisine, with a focus on forno creations, plant-based dishes, and Alberta bison. Our open-concept kitchen offers a dynamic environment where culinary talent is showcased daily.
As a valued member of our kitchen team, you will be instrumental in preparing ingredients to meet exacting standards and ensuring the seamless execution of service alongside our chefs. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization will be a key responsibility, contributing to an efficient and professional workspace.
This role offers the unique opportunity to live and work in the breathtaking Banff National Park. Required Skills

- Preparing ingredients to ensure high standards are met
- Collaborating closely with Chefs and kitchen team members for seamless service
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Setting up stations efficiently
- Assisting with the training of new team members
Qualifications
- Excellent work ethic and strong communication skills
- Previous culinary experience, preferably in a fine dining or fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
