  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs (especially spreadsheets) and CRM software.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
