Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must reside in Benin City, specifically around Sapele Road or GRA and environs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Docs (especially spreadsheets) and CRM software.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
