Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and other communication channels.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Effectively handle customer objections and close sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to share best practices.
- Work a flexible schedule of 6 days per week, 7 hours per day.
Qualifications
- BPO or US client/customer working experience (mandatory)
- Proven sales and customer support experience
- Neutral, strong English accent
- Phone support experience
- Ability to work 6 days/week, 7 hours/day
- Strong communication, objection handling & closing skills
- Auto repair / automotive industry experience (highly preferred)
