Job Description
Join a dynamic U.S. customer support team as an Outbound Customer Support Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will engage with U.S. customers using an autodialer system, following scripts to connect with prospects and adapt to various conversation flows. This position is ideal for individuals motivated by high earning potential and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
You will be responsible for handling a high volume of answered calls, delivering clear and persuasive communication, and transferring qualified leads to sales representatives. Maintaining professionalism, resilience, and a positive attitude is key, even when facing frequent rejections. Accurate logging of customer interactions in the CRM system and collaborating with the team to optimize outreach strategies are also essential components of this role.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.
- 2+ years of customer support experience for U.S.-based clients.
- Prior experience handling outbound calls in healthcare, insurance, or high-end services is a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident, resilient, and able to handle high-volume answered calls professionally.
- Ability to log and track interactions accurately in a CRM system.
- Commission-driven and comfortable working in a metrics-heavy environment.
- Strong ability to stay composed and solution-oriented when conversations deviate from the script.
