Xapo Bank is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Client Coverage Group. This role is essential for driving better decision-making by analyzing client revenue, product usage, and interaction data. You will develop crucial data products that support our client strategy, sales operations, and overall data initiatives.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reporting metrics, designing Looker dashboards for Relationship Managers and Customer Success teams, and developing a framework to optimize team resourcing. You will also manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and acting as a strategic partner to the Client Coverage Group and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client revenue, product usage, and interaction data to generate insights for growth and retention.
- Create, maintain, and evolve reporting metrics for client revenues, product adoption, and issue escalations.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Relationship Management on reporting for strategy, OKRs, and market analysis.
- Design and maintain Looker dashboards for Relationship Managers and Customer Success.
- Develop a reporting framework to optimize leadership team resourcing and efficiency.
- Write and manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and a single source of truth.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Client Coverage Group and work with cross-functional teams.
- Automate and improve data processes using analytics and predictive modeling for cross-selling and churn prevention.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated data analytics role.
- High proficiency in SQL.
- Strong data modeling skills.
- Experience using Python for data analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple analytical projects.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
