Job Description
WRAPA is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to provide essential support to its Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems. This volunteer role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to the advancement of women's rights in Nigeria.
In this position, you will play a key role in analyzing program data, creating visualizations, and generating reports that are vital for informing strategic decisions, facilitating organizational learning, and meeting donor requirements. You will act as a functional substitute for an M&E Analyst, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic non-profit environment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative program data.
- Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency.
- Develop basic dashboards, tables, charts, and summaries for internal and donor reporting purposes.
- Assist in tracking outcomes, analyzing indicators, and monitoring program performance.
- Collaborate closely with the MEAL and Programme teams to meet project evaluation and reporting timelines.
- Support the documentation of learning, the creation of case studies, and evidence generation.
- Adhere strictly to data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in data analysis, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), research, or related fields is a significant advantage.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms is required.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SPSS, or other advanced data analysis tools is considered an added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- A strong commitment to WRAPA's mission, values, and ethical standards.
