Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Credit Data Engineer to join our growing team at a leading financial institution. This role is critical for developing and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports our credit risk assessment and lending operations.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing robust data pipelines and systems. Your expertise will ensure the efficient and reliable flow of data, enabling accurate credit risk analysis and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Build and manage data warehousing solutions for credit risk data.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for analytical purposes.
- Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Optimize data systems for performance and efficiency.
- Implement and manage data governance best practices.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Extensive experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development.
- Proficiency in Python is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of credit risk and lending data.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or lending is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.
