Key Responsibilities

Design and generate Bills of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (B.E.M.E) for functional electrical systems, incorporating value engineering principles as needed.
Accurately price designed systems, meticulously review and query Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and ensure the production of efficient and cost-effective systems.
Draft, update, and maintain all electrical designs and associated quotations.
Effectively manage multiple complex engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Execute detailed engineering designs for various building construction projects.
Maintain a thorough understanding and application of relevant design standards and codes.
Ensure that all design projects are completed within the allocated budget and specified timeframes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
Demonstrated proficiency in using AutoCAD; knowledge of REVIT is considered a significant advantage.
7-10 years of relevant working experience within an MEP consulting or construction firm.
Required experience in Extra low-voltage system and Fire alarm design.
Must be registered with COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages.
