Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and arranging travel. Your ability to anticipate needs and maintain a high level of discretion will be key to your success.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja, with occasional travel to Lagos. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the GCOO's office and supporting strategic priorities.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO).
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other executive documentation.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address potential issues.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and board members.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure efficient operation of the GCOO's office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting top management or C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate executive needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Experience in corporate, real estate, investment, or construction environments is an added advantage.
