Job Description
We are seeking three enthusiastic and professional Female Front Desk Officers to join our team. Two positions are based in Lagos and one in Ibadan. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and staff.
Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, greeting and directing visitors, handling phone calls and emails, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be female
