Job Description

We are seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to oversee secondary packaging materials, a role perfect for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, process coordination, and taking ownership of complex responsibilities.

In this position, you will be instrumental in the local execution and operational management of secondary packaging procurement. You will work closely with suppliers identified through centrally managed Group Procurement processes, ensuring the effective implementation of sourcing decisions and supporting seamless day-to-day supply chain operations.

Your responsibilities will encompass supporting group-level tender processes for items like labels, films, cartons, and glue. You will implement centrally awarded supplier strategies for the local market, manage price alignment, update supplier SLAs, and coordinate SKU lists. Additionally, you will oversee artwork preparation, new material validations, and provide professional guidance to the Junior Buyer. Coordinating cross-functional activities for new product introductions, managing supply issues, and identifying alternative solutions will also be key. You will be responsible for providing cost savings estimates, validating price accuracy, and sharing volume forecasts with suppliers and Group Procurement, fostering strong collaboration with Planning, QSE, the plant, suppliers, and Group Procurement.

  • A proactive and resilient mindset with strong coordination skills
