Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Warehouse Lead to join our team in Győr, Hungary. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy coordinating operations, and excel at building strong partnerships, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead our warehouse and transportation activities.

In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our Győr depot's warehousing operations. This includes coordinating regional small truck transportation, managing external warehouse and transportation partners, and ensuring seamless daily logistics flow. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high performance and quality standards across all operations.

You will also be tasked with overseeing the dispatcher team, addressing service-level issues, and ensuring contractual obligations are met by all partners. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining excellent relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the warehousing activities of the Győr depot.
  • Coordinate the transportation processes for small trucks in the region.
  • Manage external warehouse and transportation partners (approximately 5-6 subcontractors + 1 warehouse).
  • Conduct performance and quality control checks.
  • Monitor daily transportation volumes and processes.
  • Liaise continuously with the dispatcher team.
  • Handle service-level issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to contracts by all parties.
  • Support authority visits and be present when required.
  • Maintain partner relationships, including on-site visits.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
  • Valid B category driver's license.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Decisive demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors or in other coordination roles.
