Job Description

Join Apna as an Admission Counsellor and play a pivotal role in shaping students' educational futures. You will provide expert guidance, addressing inquiries about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures, while helping students align their academic choices with their career aspirations.

Your responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive information on programs and career paths, engaging with prospective students through various channels, and managing a sales pipeline to meet enrollment targets. You will also follow up with applicants to support their admission journey and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about programs, pedagogy, and career opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective students through inbound inquiries and outreach activities like cold calling.
  • Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Follow up with students and their parents to support application and admission processes.
  • Keep accurate records of counseling sessions and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Stay updated on educational trends, competitive offerings, and market needs to provide valuable feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or career guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Strong aptitude for sales and student engagement to meet enrollment goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours with a 6-day workweek and rotational weekly offs as needed.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping students achieve academic and career success.
