Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs related to oil and gas operations.
  • Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet organizational requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as simulations, hands-on workshops, and e-learning.
  • Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
  • Ensure all training materials comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align training content with current practices and challenges.
  • Maintain training records and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • IELTS / TOEFL is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of practical experience in oil and gas operations.
  • Proven experience as a training instructor or facilitator, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Familiarity with Oil and Gas operations, Petrochemical Chemical, Plant Control, Oil Separation, Refinery Operator, Control Man, Terminal, Fractionation, Hydrogen, Isomerization, Tank Farm, Console Operator, Water Treatment, Well Services, Wireline, Well Completion, Start-up, and Shut Down procedures.
