As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will be a recognized expert, leveraging deep, specialized knowledge and broad business understanding to guide global, complex, and high-impact initiatives. You will lead the execution of strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders, applying your expertise to scale solutions across global teams and systems. This role also positions you as a technical leader, committed to elevating quality, fostering collaboration, and championing process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a creative type and a priority industry at a global level, maintaining local process connections and partnering with Product and Commercial teams.
  • Represent Content & Data in strategic cross-functional meetings, providing process input and updates from a global perspective.
  • Utilize data to recommend global operational improvements for creative and/or industry processing, completion, and quality execution.
  • Build requirements and recommend creative flow enhancements to Leadership and Product to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting for client-driven issues, providing in-depth root cause analysis and implementing system/process updates.
  • Define quality standards and SLAs for assigned creative and industry globally, collaborating with various internal teams.
  • Audit advanced client-specific requests and project work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage global Operations strategic projects focused on process improvement.
  • Oversee project management for the effective rollout of global Operations system and/or process changes.
  • Track the impact of system and process changes post-launch, driving continuous improvement with efficiency and budget in mind.
  • Participate in innovation idea reviews, offering insights on impact and feasibility.
  • Maintain master knowledge of Operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.
  • Create and update complex product records within a centralized Product Catalog, adhering to strict governance standards.
  • Serve as a key contact for establishing ground truth and master knowledge of the product catalog.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for assigned creatives, providing structured feedback for system and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Leadership on vendor communication for global creative and industry ownership and change management.
  • Analyze data to make business recommendations and report on data volume, coverage, status, and other key performance metrics.
  • Develop and present advanced business cases and optimization strategies to Operations Leadership.
  • Proactively identify and surface emerging risks and opportunities with sufficient context for rapid decision-making.
  • Operate as a recognized expert, setting standards and owning your domain end-to-end without waiting for direction.
  • Drive execution with a cross-functional mindset, ensuring alignment across teams through effective collaboration.
  • Apply deep expertise to scale solutions, consistently raising the bar on quality, consistency, and business impact.
  • Integrate company values into problem-solving and champion inclusion and accountability across teams.
  • Make data-driven, strategic recommendations, demonstrating a high degree of business acumen in every initiative.
  • Continuously question existing processes and strive to improve them for the team, downstream operations, and clients.

Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in G Suite and project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Advanced process improvement capabilities, ideally with Six Sigma experience.
  • Expert ability to analyze data for business recommendations and report on key performance metrics (volume, coverage, status).
  • Expert ability to create and update complex product records within a centralized Product Catalog, adhering to strict governance standards.
  • Master-level proficiency with proprietary platforms for reviewing, classifying, and attributing ads across various media channels.
  • Advanced AI tool familiarity.
  • Advanced business case creation and optimization skills.
  • Deep, specialized knowledge of Operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication, capable of conveying complex analysis and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience serving as a technical or team lead, setting direction and coordinating work across stakeholders (Preferred).
  • Prior experience owning global-level processes and driving cross-functional alignment (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with ML/AI-assisted workflows and human-in-the-loop (HiTL) operations (Preferred).
  • Experience supporting multiple processes or stakeholders concurrently at scale (Preferred).
  • Comfort with advanced dashboards and data analysis; SQL is an added advantage (Preferred).
