Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor to lead the oxygen supply operations for our client's hospital in Lagos. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire oxygen supply system, including the coordination of personnel responsible for handling, distribution, monitoring, and storage of medical oxygen cylinders.
You will be instrumental in ensuring uninterrupted oxygen availability for patient care, enforcing strict adherence to safety regulations, and optimizing storeroom management. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage critical operations under pressure, including working in shifts, nights, and weekends.

- Oversee the hospital’s oxygen supply system.

Qualifications
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably in a hospital or industrial setting.
- Proven knowledge of inventory management (an added advantage).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and during emergencies.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical activity required, including standing, walking, and lifting medium-weight cylinders (with team assistance).
