Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will lead a self-directed, multi-skilled team, ensuring the maximum operational availability and efficiency of our facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in meeting both internal and external operational requirements.
You will be responsible for meticulously monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs. This involves reviewing detailed reports, optimizing schedules, and managing spare parts to proactively prevent major equipment breakdowns and structural issues. Your efforts will ensure the continuous provision of efficient services to our valued business partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall effective and economical use of subordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and methods to meet construction, modification, maintenance, and quality standards of the physical plant, ensuring operational efficiency and service continuity.
- Supervise day-to-day facility maintenance activities, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance works are completed in accordance with operational requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Lead the planning of assigned personnel and other resources (equipment, facilities, materials, tools) to accomplish work operations efficiently and within established timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with operational, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Review equipment deficiencies, identify operational issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records, work orders, inspection reports, and operational documentation to support effective facility management and reporting requirements.
- Support the implementation of HSE policies, participate in safety inspections, and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements across all facility maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma in any Engineering related discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical)
- 7 years of job experience
