Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager within our Irth EDO team, you will be instrumental in planning and overseeing multiple customer projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely completion within budget and scope, from initiation through closure, meeting all customer expectations.
You will manage project resources, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in handling challenging situations professionally and efficiently, demonstrating a proactive approach and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Irth’s platform
- Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues
- Act as a liaison between Irth’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success
- Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner; identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementation phase
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of the project
Qualifications
- 5-8 years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organization
- Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
- Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources
- Experience handling escalations at all levels
- A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology
- Willing to work during US Eastern time every day.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
