Job Description

Lucidya is at the forefront of developing next-generation AI-powered customer experience solutions for enterprises across the MENA region. Our innovative AI Agents business line is dedicated to deploying intelligent, enterprise-grade AI agents designed to automate, assist, and augment customer-facing and operational workflows with security, reliability, and scalability.

This role is central to transforming AI agent concepts into live, impactful business solutions. As the Project Delivery Manager, you will own the critical question of execution: "How do we deliver what we promised?" You will take the vision established by Solution Consultants and translate it into a clear execution plan, a structured backlog, and a predictable delivery rhythm, guiding projects from initial scoping through to go-live and stabilization.

You will serve as the operational backbone for AI agent pilots and enterprise deployments, ensuring seamless alignment among clients, engineering, data, and AI teams, all while keeping delivery on track. Your responsibilities will span from formal handover and scope confirmation to detailed planning, backlog management, and driving day-to-day execution with a strong focus on collaboration and discipline.

Furthermore, you will proactively manage risks, changes, and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This includes owning risk and issue logs, assessing change impacts, and providing consistent status updates. The role also encompasses planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring a smooth transition and final handover with comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the formal handover of conceptual project approvals from Solution Consultants, clarifying scope, constraints, dependencies, and assumptions.
  • Translate high-level workflows into clear delivery components, including AI Agent versions, integrations, channels, data sources, dashboards, reporting, and training materials.
  • Align internally and with clients on the scope for each project phase.
  • Build and maintain the delivery plan and timeline, including milestones, sprints, and go-live checkpoints, while managing cross-team dependencies.
  • Create and manage the delivery backlog, breaking down deliverables into tasks with clear ownership.
  • Ensure all delivery tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Notion) are accurate and serve as the single source of truth for task status, blockers, and deadlines.
  • Run regular execution cadences, including stand-ups, check-ins, and progress reviews.
  • Ensure tight collaboration between Solution Consultants, Engineering and AI teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Drive execution discipline through clear meeting notes, action items, and relentless follow-up.
  • Maintain a risk and issues log covering technical and business risks.
  • Manage change transparently, assessing impact on scope and timelines, and aligning with stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication, including status updates and necessary escalations.
  • Plan and coordinate UAT cycles and go-live readiness.
  • Monitor early performance and issues post-go-live, coordinating fixes and optimizations.
  • Own the final handover, including documentation and support transition.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or digital/platform delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders (business and IT).
  • Proven experience with integrations, APIs, and data-driven workflows.
  • A background in Customer Experience (CX), contact centers, CRM, or customer-facing platforms is a strong plus.
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong command of scoping, timelines, milestones, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Confidence in running stand-ups, execution reviews, and steering meetings.
  • Comfortable with API-based integrations, webhooks, and data flows between systems.
  • Ability to read basic API documentation and JSON payloads.
  • Capacity to translate technical constraints into delivery decisions.
  • Solid conceptual understanding of SaaS platforms, LLMs, and AI agent workflows.
  • Ability to confidently manage CX leadership, IT and engineering teams, and internal product and AI stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in producing clear documentation, actionable recaps, and concise status updates.
  • An execution mindset focused on turning ideas into tasks with owners and deadlines.
  • Keeps delivery tools always current and reliable.
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with iterative AI delivery (experiments, versions, evaluation cycles).
  • Understanding of data privacy, guardrails, and quality metrics in AI projects.
  • Awareness that AI delivery is adaptive, not linear.
