Job Description
ProDevs is seeking a proactive and experienced Workshop/Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the optimal operational status and safety of their transport fleet. This role is central to maximizing fleet availability, minimizing downtime, and effectively controlling maintenance expenditures.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance schedules, and monitoring repair processes. You will also be tasked with tracking fleet performance, managing breakdown incidents, and coordinating with procurement for necessary parts and services. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports, while rigorously enforcing workshop standards for safety and quality.

- Supervise daily fleet maintenance activities, including workshops and on-route support.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are strictly followed for all vehicles.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs against allocated budgets.
- Track fleet performance, downtime, and breakdown incidents.
- Coordinate with operations and procurement for parts, spares, and maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate comprehensive reports.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, workshop supervision, or transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance strategies, and fleet management principles.
- Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and coordinating workshop operations.
- Ability to enforce standards, track costs, and ensure high fleet availability.
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in maintenance record-keeping and tracking tools.
