Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process biological specimens for testing.
- Perform routine laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and function.
- Adhere to strict quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
- Record and report test results accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist laboratory scientists and managers as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in performing laboratory tests.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures.
- Good understanding of laboratory safety and quality control.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
