We are specifically seeking individuals with availability during weekday mornings and early afternoons, ensuring no nights or weekends are required. Key Responsibilities

Perform phlebotomy services for patients in their homes.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Accurately identify patients and collect specimens according to physician orders.
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
Manage and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
Utilize a smartphone or tablet to manage appointments and record data.
Communicate effectively with patients and the CareSend support team.
Ensure timely and safe transportation to patient locations.

Qualifications

National phlebotomy certification.
Minimum of 6 months of current, relevant phlebotomy experience.
Possession of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Fluency in English.
Access to a smartphone or tablet with reliable internet connectivity.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
